Sharply is a UK online shop. Our business address is shown on our contact page, and you can reach us at hello@sharplykitchen.co.uk.

Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and include all taxes and delivery. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

Your order

Our contract starts when we email to confirm your order. If we can't fulfil it, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery times and what happens if an order is late are set out in our delivery policy.

Cancelling, returns and faults

Your 14-day right to cancel, our 60-day guarantee and what happens if something is faulty are set out in our returns and refunds policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Using the product

Follow the instructions, keep fingers away from the edge and keep the kit out of reach of children. We're not responsible for loss caused by using the product for something it isn't designed for, but nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else the law doesn't let us limit.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
