Where we deliver

We deliver to UK addresses only: England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, including the Highlands and islands. We don't deliver to the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside the UK.

What it costs

Delivery is free on every order. The price you see at checkout is the total you pay.

How long it takes

Orders are dispatched within 3 working days and arrive 7 to 12 working days after you order. You'll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Orders with more than one item can arrive in separate parcels.

Where it comes from

Your order is posted from our manufacturing partner's warehouse outside the UK. All taxes are included in the price, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.

Christmas

Order by 4 December for delivery before Christmas. If you order after that, we'll email you a printable gift card straight away so you have something to wrap.

If your order hasn't arrived

If nothing has arrived 15 working days after you ordered, email hello@sharplykitchen.co.uk with your order number. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
